GoHip!

GoHip! is primarily a metasearch engine, but it does maintain it's own modest directory called the GoHip! Guide to which you may submit your website. Very little information is provided on the website, but this is one of the fastest metasearch engines I've seen and it provides extensive results in a very easy to read format.
